This wonderful two story house has wonderful views of the ocean as well as the famous Nubble Light House. The updated kitchen has modern amenities included full dishwasher. Don't let the size fool you as you'll have everything you need to dine in or dine out. The bedrooms offer comfortable beds both queen size. Also, the sofa is a NEW sleeper sofa! The house can comfortably sleep 6 people. The third story deck is amazing on those wonderful evenings, with a breeze in your hair, the smell of the ocean and the sound of the water as it crashes on the rocks while gazing at the stars - sounds like the perfect evening! You are still walking distance to both Short Sands and Long Sands beaches. Short Sands beach offers family fun and entertainment with an array of restaurants and shopping. Be sure to visit the York's Wild Kingdom! Long Sands beach offers a longer beach coast but still has a few restaurants. York Beach Maine is in a prime location as you are one hour from Boston MA, the White Mountains and 45 minutes from Portland Maine. You'll be planning your next trip back to Maine before your vacation even ends.
